Due to some misquackulations on my part, I am retracting my last post. Apologies to Sean.

Once again, the policy of the Liu Party is neutrality on the ns issue. Hope this didn’t cause too much confusion.

This blog seems to be going in a negative direction for me, and given the circumstances I feel that everyone is against me. Therefore, I’ve decided to no longer be an active member of this sad, sad blog.

The MPAA is suing 66.250.450.10

You better hope your IP address isn’t 66.250.450.10, because it means the MPAA is suing you. Oh thats right… that IP address DOESNT EXIST. Nor could it ever exist on an IP network. Dotted decimal IP numbers consist of 8-bit octets represented as decimal numbers. With 8 bits, you get a range of 0-255… which DOESNT INCLUDE 450. So basically, the MPAA is trying to BS their way into a lawsuit. Keep in mind, this is a lawsuit against a bittorrent seed.

You know, this makes me wonder what things will be like with IPv6. With 128-bit addresses, things might get more complicated to track.

The Gas Protocol doesn’t support censorship…

Anyway, I just realized the way to solve the censorship problem once and for all. We aren’t really a democracy because I paid for the server. Therefore, you can never really have true censorship rights. The solution? Censorship costs five dollars. If you don’t plan on censoring, you don’t have to pay. Since I already paid fifty bucks, I already have censorship rights.
