ThinkFree is supposedly a service that will replace office in the workplace and for home users. However, a recent surge in usage showed one of the problems with the ASP model (Application Service Provider).

Notice the text within the unavailable image. “ThinkFree anywhere, anytime computing freedom!” If I can use this service anytime, why can’t I use it now? Ironically, they have this within the image used for “Service Temporarily Unavailable”. Someone obviously didn’t think this one through.
